Steps to make 芝士年糕炒鸡丨年糕软糯香甜,超美味

  • 1.将鸡腿洗净,去皮去骨并切成小块,放入碗中。
  • 2.碗中放入适量的盐、料酒、白糖、韩式辣酱、黑胡椒碎、蒜末,抓拌均匀,确保每一块鸡腿肉都能均匀沾染上酱料,腌制半个小时左右。
  • 3.锅中倒油,油热后放入腌制好的鸡肉,炒至鸡腿肉变色时再倒入年糕翻炒均匀,再加入适量的清水,用锅铲再次翻炒几下。
  • 4.翻炒均匀后盖上锅盖焖上五分钟。
  • 5.年糕变软后再撒上一大把芝士,关火,利用余温将芝士融化。这时就可以出锅了。
