    Steps to make 茄汁焖大虾

    • 1.原料图如上。
    • 2.虾去虾肠,背后开刀方便入味。用姜丝,盐,胡椒粉,食用油腌渍十分钟。
    • 3.油锅烧热,虾大火炸外壳酥脆。捞出控油。
    • 4.油全部倒掉,锅里沾的油就够了,炒一下番茄酱,番茄酱炒一下才会去掉那种不适口的涩味。
    • 5.放入水,冰糖,煮滚,熬粘稠,调入盐尝一下味道。虾到进入,焖三到五分钟。捞出来。
    • 6.剩下汤汁勾芡,放芝麻,虾重新倒进去拌匀即可。
