这款剁椒鱼头以前都是在饭店吃。在美天认识了一个湖南的朋友-湘水居士2000。家中自己做的剁椒,寄来给我尝尝鲜。这美味让我真是闻着便口舌生津哈。可谓最正宗的湘西剁椒!

Steps to make 剁椒鱼头

  • 1.鱼头里外洗干净,控干水份,从中间劈开。
  • 2.鱼背也划上几刀以便入味。
  • 3.控水备用
  • 4.准备剁椒
  • 5.盘子底铺上葱姜蒜
  • 6.鱼头放上后,表面铺满剁椒
  • 7.放入蒸锅大火烧开后蒸10到12分钟左右
  • 8.出锅后撒上蒜末和葱花,淋上一勺热油即可。
