蒸剁椒鱼头
鲜辣味美的蒸鱼头。
一条四斤多重的大草鱼一分为三,在只有电饭煲、微波炉的情况下,做成了一鱼三吃。

  • 白糖1勺
  • 生抽3勺
  • 蚝油2勺
  • 2勺

Steps to make 蒸剁椒鱼头

  • 1.将鱼头带约10厘米的鱼肉切下。
  • 2.用少许葱姜、盐、料酒腌制10分钟左右,冲洗干净,放入盘中。
  • 3.电饭煲加水,放入支架,将鱼头放入。
  • 4.取一小碗,放入剁辣椒、生抽、蚝油、白糖和油,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.将调好味的剁辣椒均匀的摊放在鱼头上,加盖上气蒸15分钟左右。
  • 6.蒸好的鱼头,洒上葱花。用微波炉打少许热油淋在葱花上即可。
  • 7.成品。
