布丁
有时特别想吃蛋挞,又怕高脂高热量影响健康,两全的办法就是调个布丁液,考上几碗布丁,也是可以解解馋哒!

  • 淡奶油220g
  • 牛奶160g
  • 白砂糖70g
  • 低筋面粉15g
  • 蛋黄4个

Steps to make 布丁

  • 1.把淡奶油、牛奶和白砂糖混合均匀,然后加入四个蛋黄。
  • 2.搅拌均匀的蛋奶液,加入低筋面粉。
  • 3.完成两遍过筛。
  • 4.得到细腻丝滑的布丁液,大概500ml左右。
  • 5.倒入烤碗,送入预热好的烤箱中层,210度,20分钟。剩余的布丁液,可以直接倒入蛋挞皮烤成蛋挞。如果有500ml的烤碗正好能装一碗,烤的时间需相当延长。
  • 6.刚出炉的布丁,丝滑香甜,味道浓郁!吃一口大大的满足感。
