清润甘甜海带绿豆沙
海带绿豆沙是岭南地区常见的糖水。绿豆味甘性凉,能清热利水解毒。海带咸寒,软坚散结、消痰利水。搭配温中和胃的生姜和行气化湿的陈皮,使得糖水清润之余又不至于过于寒凉。不仅可以作为一般保健食用,尤其适合于湿热体质和容易长疱疮的人群食用。
汤中原方还配有臭草,据说此草又名芸香,能祛风利尿,解毒消肿。可惜不辨五谷不识百草,依然想不出这芸香到底是什么,要到哪里去寻,只好来个无臭草版的海带绿豆沙。电饭煲煮汤简单省事,绿豆极易熟烂,无需提前浸泡。海带稍嫌嫩了点儿,待到出锅的时候,挖上两勺便成碎块,倒是是不影响食用。
清甜甘润,如果能有芸香也许味道更好。。。。

Steps to make 清润甘甜海带绿豆沙

  • 1.用料:海带12克,绿豆150克,生姜5克,广陈皮1瓣,冰糖1块。
  • 2.海带事先浸泡至涨发。
  • 3.洗净后切成小块,备用。
  • 4.生姜洗净切片。
  • 5.绿豆极易熟烂,无需提前浸泡。同陈皮一起洗去浮尘。
  • 6.将除冰糖外的所有食材放入电饭煲中,加适量清水。
  • 7.选择煮汤功能,设定煮汤时间为1小时,启动。
  • 8.煮汤结束。
  • 9.揭盖,绿豆酥烂。
  • 10.加入冰糖,搅拌至溶化,
  • 11.盛出,食用。
