    • 1.咸肉切块洗净,去多余的盐味,沥水。
    • 2.五花肉切成方形肉块。
    • 3.锅置火上加足量水、少许料酒烧沸,下入五花肉焯水。
    • 4.春笋去壳,切成滚刀块。
    • 5.锅中水烧沸,将笋块倒入煮5分钟除去涩味,捞出沥水.
    • 6.砂锅置火上添足量水,加入笋块烧沸。
    • 7.转至小火加入咸肉、五花肉块滚开。
    • 8.撇去浮沫,盖上盖子慢炖1小时。
    • 9.炖至菜汤色乳白、肉酥笋香时,撒上枸杞、香菜碎即可。
