菊花馓子
馓子的历史是相当悠久的,据说最早是回民发明的,至今许多地区尤其是在西北的人们仍都喜食这种传统的油炸食品,馓子也叫做“环饼”,古时叫“寒具”是寒食节的食品。

Steps to make 菊花馓子

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.取一只小碗加入盐、少许油、水将盐化开。
  • 3.用盐水加鸡蛋和面。盖上湿布饧20分钟。
  • 4.饧好的面团放在案板上。
  • 5.用擀面棍像擀面条一样擀开面团,(薄一些)
  • 6.用折扇子的方法将擀好的圆饼折起来。
  • 7.切面条的方法将面切成细条。
  • 8.分成一簇一簇的。
  • 9.用筷子将一簇面条的中间加紧。
  • 10.锅中放油油热至七成。
  • 11.用筷子夹着做好的馓子一同下锅炸制。
  • 12.等定性后取出筷子,炸至两面金黄即可。
