  • 粉丝150克
  • 猪瘦肉300克
  • 上海青500克
  • 香葱50克
  • 橄榄油3ml
  • 4克
  • 芝麻油1克
  • 酱油2ml
  • 生粉3克
  • 生姜1克

Steps to make 肉片蒸粉丝

  • 1.准备食材:粉丝、猪瘦肉、上海青、香葱等食材;
  • 2.猪肉洗净切薄片,放油、盐、酱油、生粉拌均腌制3分钟;PS:切很薄的薄片,容易蒸熟。
  • 3.粉丝提前用清水泡软;
  • 4.上海青去老叶,洗净,清水煮沸,放一点盐,汆烫上海青;
  • 5.汆烫好的上海青,捞出,过冷水;PS:过冷水防菜叶变黄。
  • 6.粉丝捞出,沥干水,放入盆子中,上面放入腌制好的猪肉片、葱白、生姜末;淋上橄榄油、芝麻油、盐、酱油;
  • 7.清水煮沸,隔水放入锅中蒸8分钟;PS:火的大小有差异,蒸煮时间略有不同。
  • 8.把汆烫好的上海青放入蒸好的粉丝中,上面撒上葱花,拌均即可。
  • 9.美味出锅
