麻辣香卤小龙虾
又到了吃小龙虾的季节,耿同学爱吃,每次去我妈妈家,只要有卖的总会买上些,看妈妈处理龙虾的手法又快又好,老耿也跟着偷偷学了一手,回来又教会我,还自鸣得意都是跟我妈学的,我回他你有什么得意的,这是我妈,又不是你妈!!!

  • 花椒5克
  • 八角5克
  • 丁香2壳
  • 草果1只
  • 生抽2大勺
  • 白糖1勺
  • 少许
  • 郫县豆瓣酱1勺
  • 火锅底料1块

Steps to make 麻辣香卤小龙虾

  • 1.准备 的原料。
  • 2.所有的香料加一起加开水泡上待用。
  • 3.抓住小龙虾的小爪子根部轻轻往外拉就可以将爪子连着龙虾腮一起拉出来,再抽掉虾线,再用清水冲洗干净。
  • 4.再减掉小龙虾的头部,挑掉里面的沙囊,再过一遍清水,小龙虾就处理干净了,这样处理好的小龙虾黄都保留得很好,而且很干净。
  • 5.锅中加少许的油,加入葱姜,所有的香料,郫县豆瓣酱,火锅底料,干辣椒块炒出香味。
  • 6.加入清水,白糖,生抽,盐烧开再小火熬煮十分钟。
  • 7.捞出里面所有的固体香料。
  • 8.加入小龙虾。
  • 9.小火再煮十分钟。
  • 10.麻辣鲜香的卤小龙虾就做好了。
