  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.牛奶热一下,温温的就好,将酵母、糖溶于牛奶中,静置5分钟。
  • 3.将牛奶缓缓倒入面粉盆中,用筷子搅拌下。
  • 4.将面粉揉成团,盖上保鲜膜醒面。
  • 5.我醒了40分钟,面团体积是原来的两倍大了,里面有蜂窝组织了就行了。
  • 6.醒好的面团放在面板上揉,排出空气后,揉成长条。
  • 7.切成小剂子。
  • 8.将火腿肠切成两断。
  • 9.小剂子揉成细细的长条,约是切断的火腿肠的2.5倍。
  • 10.将细长条缠在火腿肠上,依次类推(至于缠几圈,喜欢怎么缠随各位自己了,随意哈)。
  • 11.做好的卷儿放面板上静置15分钟。
  • 12.蒸锅的蒸格上刷上油,码入火腿卷儿,冷水下锅大火蒸15分钟,关火。
