  • 红烧酱油1汤匙
  • 料酒1汤匙

Steps to make 香菇焖鸭

  • 1.剁块的鸭肉;
  • 2.配料;
  • 3.香菇提前泡发;
  • 4.然后洗干净撕小朵;
  • 5.所鸭肉焯水再洗一下;
  • 6.辣椒切段;蒜切片;姜切小片;葱切段;
  • 7.锅中加少许油,放入葱姜蒜辣椒炒香;
  • 8.再加入鸭肉煸炒出油;
  • 9.加红烧酱油、料酒和盐炒匀;
  • 10.加半碗清水,加盖中小火焖15分钟左右;
  • 11.至收汁就可以装盘了。
