芒果布丁
水果布丁是下午茶中常备的甜品,水果多的季节多做点,随时可以享用,同时又是颜值很高的甜品。

  • 吉利丁7.5g
  • 柠檬汁一小勺
  • 原味酸奶100g
  • 吉利丁3g
  • 细砂糖10g

Steps to make 芒果布丁

  • 1.芒果肉100g与纯牛奶50g、柠檬汁混合,用搅拌棒搅打成果泥;
  • 2.吉利丁用纯净水泡软;
  • 3.90g纯牛奶小火加热至锅边微微冒泡,放入泡软的吉利丁,搅拌至完全融化;
  • 4.稍微放凉的牛奶溶液,加入至芒果泥中,再次用搅拌棒搅打均匀;
  • 5.把芒果布丁液倒入容器中,至容器的2/3处;放入冰箱冷藏至凝固;
  • 6.辅料中的吉利丁泡软后与细砂糖,隔水加热至融化;
  • 7.放入浓稠的原味酸奶,用搅拌棒搅打均匀;
  • 8.取出冷藏后凝固的芒果布丁,把酸奶布丁液倒在芒果布丁的容器中,至容器满即可,放入冰箱继续冷藏至凝固;
  • 9.彻底凝固后,用勺子挖着吃。
