  • 原味酸奶80克
  • 香草荚1/4根
  • 蜂蜜少许

Steps to make 香浓酸奶香草冰激凌

  • 1.用料
  • 2.淡奶油搅打成能保持花纹的状态
  • 3.剖开香草荚,将香草籽刮入奶油中,搅打均匀
  • 4.加入炼奶,搅打均匀
  • 5.加入酸奶,
  • 6.搅打均匀
  • 7.放入冰箱冷冻室,半小时后取出翻拌一次,再放回冷冻室冷冻
  • 8.15分钟后,再次取出,翻拌均匀
  • 9.装入模具,放入冷冻室冷冻至完全凝固
  • 10.取出,用勺沿壁周划一圈,脱模
  • 11.放入杯中
  • 12.淋上少许蜂蜜
  • 13.撒上葡萄干和焦糖杏仁点缀
