卤肝烧莲藕
卤肝是超市里卖的袋装熟食,可以开袋即食,当然也可以二次加工成菜肴,于是就用卤肝和莲藕搭配烧制,加了一块胡萝卜配色。做完之后感觉,不加胡萝卜会更好,有点画蛇添足。

  • 1.主辅料: 卤肝、莲藕、胡萝卜。
  • 2.把卤肝切块 。

  • 5. 放入莲藕、胡萝卜翻炒均匀。
  • 6.加适量水,烧制1分钟 。
  • 7. 放入卤肝 。
  • 8. 加少许盐、白糖调味。
  • 9.烧制汤汁粘稠,即可关火 。
  • 10. 出锅装盘,即可上桌品味。
