Steps to make 玉米胡萝卜排骨汤

  • 1.将玉米切成小小一截,刨去胡萝卜外面那薄薄的一层皮,切成滚刀块,姜去皮切片。
  • 2.锅里的水烧热后,加入适量料酒。
  • 3.倒入排骨,煮至水面浮起一层浮沫,这一步可不能偷懒哟。排骨一定要焯水,煲出来的汤才清甜不油腻。看此图就看到水面浮起的浮沫真的是厚厚一层哟。
  • 4.把水倒掉,再用清水冲洗一下,因为浮沫会粘附在排骨上,所以用流动清水清洗一下会更好哟。
  • 5.将排骨、胡萝卜、玉米和姜片都倒入瓦锅里,食材就这4样。
  • 6.加入清水,盖上锅盖,大火把水烧开后转小火煲25-30分钟。
  • 7.此汤不宜久煮,最后加盐调味即可。
