千层肉饼

Steps to make 千层肉饼

  • 1.面粉加入适量温水和成软面团。
  • 2.罩上保鲜膜松弛30分钟备用。
  • 3.肉馅中加入鸡蛋1个、盐、老抽、花椒粉、胡椒粉、五香粉各1小匙、生抽2小匙、姜末少许、香油少许、黄酱。
  • 4.拌匀腌制15分钟。
  • 5.葱洗净,切成葱花;洋葱去皮切碎备用。
  • 6.洋葱碎、葱花调入肉馅中。(葱花要最后包的时候再放)
  • 7.加适量食用油继续搅打至肉馅上劲
  • 8.取一小块面团,将面团擀成方形的薄饼,在方形的中间位置对称的划上两刀,总共是四刀。9、用勺子均匀的涂上一层肉馅。
  • 9.按照后面图片的顺序,依次将饼一层层折叠。
  • 10.第2步折叠。
  • 11.第3步折叠。
  • 12.第4步折叠。
  • 13.折叠好,再稍微擀薄,成饼状。
  • 14.平底锅中刷少许油,5成热时放入饼坯。
  • 15.中小火烙至一面呈金黄色时翻面。
  • 16.用毛刷沾油涂抹饼坯,使之上色均匀。
  • 17.待饼的两面都足够金黄时,即熟。
