  • 高筋面粉50g
  • 玉米面20g
  • 细盐1/4小勺
  • 牛奶55g
  • 鸡胸肉100g
  • 7g
  • 洋葱1/2个
  • 低筋面粉30g
  • 细砂糖5g
  • 酵母1g
  • 橄榄油5g
  • 奥尔良烤肉料7g
  • 尖椒1小块

Steps to make 黄金奥尔良鸡肉披萨

  • 1.鸡胸肉切丁,奥尔良烤肉料用水调匀,腌制3小时以上;
  • 2.把除橄榄油外的所有饼底材料依次放入面包机,静置10分钟,启动和面程序20分钟,加入橄榄油,再次启动和面程序10分钟,面团到扩展阶段,放入容器,盖上潮湿的纱布,放置温暖处进行基础发酵;
  • 3.待面团发酵至2.5倍大时取出,重新排气、滚圆,擀成圆饼形,直径大于披萨盘2厘米,盖上纱布,放入冰箱冷藏半小时定型;
  • 4.取出定型后的饼皮,放入已抹油的披萨盘,用叉子在饼皮上扎一些小孔;
  • 5.在饼皮上涂一层番茄酱,边缘留出1厘米的宽度,均匀撒1/3奶酪丝;
  • 6.放上洋葱圈;
  • 7.将腌制好的鸡肉丁放入洋葱圈,周围铺上玉米粒、尖椒丁和小红辣椒;
  • 8.撒上剩余的奶酪丝,再撒少许披萨草,烤箱200度预热,上下火烤15分左右。
