Steps to make 黄焖羊肉

  • 1.1.买来的羊排,买的时候就剁好,后泡水中,半小时换一次水;
  • 2.2.准备腌料;
  • 3.3.倒入到有细密网格的布上,做料包;
  • 4.4.扎紧料包;
  • 5.5.开水焯一下,焯时到一些料酒;
  • 6.6.盛出备用;
  • 7.7.重新烧一锅水,放入羊排,放入料包, 葱段 料酒后大火烧开,小火焖2个小时;
  • 8.8.两小时候盛出, 留汤备用;
  • 9.9.焖羊肉时,开始准备配料,切洋芋块儿;
  • 10.10.手擀粉热水焯一下,放入凉水中泡;
  • 11.11.煎洋芋快儿;
  • 12.12.切洋葱;
  • 13.13.蒜苗洗净切段;
  • 14.14.油烧热放入1勺郫县豆瓣(3勺油),炒出红油后,放入葱姜蒜片 干红辣椒 洋葱;
  • 15.15.放入焖好的羊排 生抽 老抽,黄酱,翻炒均匀,加入羊汤;
  • 16.16.倒入的羊汤末过所有的料;
  • 17.17.放入洋芋块儿;
  • 18.18.放冰糖;
  • 19.19.放手擀粉;
  • 20.20.放红辣椒 盐 黑胡椒粉 青蒜苗 后出锅.
