Steps to make Beef jerky

- 2. Preparation method: Rinse an appropriate amount of beef with clean water, soak it in bleeding water, and adjust the knife according to personal needs. Cut it into large or small pieces according to the pattern. Cut beef slices, add an appropriate amount of salt, five spice powder, white sugar, sesame oil, stir well, marinate to taste.
- 3. Thread the meat slices with a sign and place them in a ventilated and cool place to freeze and dry the surface moisture.
- 4. Put the beef into the top layer of the oven, cover it with tin foil to prevent it from getting burnt, and lay a layer of tin foil under the oven to avoid dripping oil. Preheat the oven at 230 degrees Celsius in advance and bake for half an hour. Change the oven to air dry mode and continue baking for another half hour.
