  • 1.黑木耳清水泡发,去掉根部,洗净;
  • 2.里脊肉切片;放入碗里,用少许的料酒、干淀粉抓匀;
  • 3.黄瓜斜着切片;
  • 4.锅里放适量的水烧开,放入黑木耳焯水;焯水后的黑木耳捞出;
  • 5.炒锅放适量的油,放入葱花爆出香味;
  • 6.放入肉片翻炒;待肉片2面变色后,放入少量的酱油,翻炒均匀后盛出待用;
  • 7.借助锅里的底油,放入黄瓜片;
  • 8.快速翻炒几下,黄瓜易熟;放入黑木耳、肉片;
  • 9.快速翻炒后,放适量的盐调味;翻炒均匀后,即可起锅。
