Steps to make 柚子果酒

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.红心柚表皮加盐搓洗干净,拭去表皮水分。扒皮,取果肉备用。
  • 3.在瓶中放入红心柚、白酒、冰糖,比例在1:1:0.3,再加入柚子皮丝,密封保存。这里我用的是谷养康无添加泡果酒专用酒,气味清澈,很适合做果酒。
  • 4.贴上标签,大概等一个月就可以享用了~
