Steps to make 巧克力熔岩蛋糕

  • 1.准备好材料(巧克力切小块!鸡蛋提前放置室温!黄油室温软化!面粉过筛)
  • 2.隔水融化黑巧克力和无盐黄油
  • 3.搅拌均匀,稍冷却待用
  • 4.一个鸡蛋和一个蛋黄加入白糖
  • 5.稍微打至面糊粘稠,不要打发
  • 6.把鸡蛋糊倒入稍微冷却的巧克力糊里
  • 7.加入朗姆酒(不放也可以的)搅拌均匀
  • 8.分两次加入过筛的面粉
  • 9.用橡皮刮刀拌匀至顺滑即可
  • 10.准备好两个9厘米的圆形模具,模具里刷上黄油
  • 11.倒入模具中,可在下面放个烤盘!
  • 12.放入提前预热的烤箱里:上下火220度,中层烤,8—10分钟(不要超时)
  • 13.1.马上取出(注意烫手)筛上糖粉,乘热食用!2.也可不取出,直接放杯子里使用也可,乘热食用
