铜锣烧
铜锣烧,又叫黄金饼,因为是由两块象铜锣一样的饼合起来的,故而得名铜锣烧。是一种烤制面皮、内置红豆沙夹心的甜点,也是日本的传统糕点。日本卡通人物哆啦A梦和哆啦七小子的最爱食品。

  • 低筋面粉120g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 白糖50g
  • 蜂蜜删除
  • 泡打粉1小匙
  • 软化黄油10g
  • 牛奶1克

Steps to make 铜锣烧

  • 1.所有材料:低筋面粉、蜂蜜、鸡蛋、白糖、黄油、牛奶。
  • 2.鸡蛋打入容器加白糖搅匀并加入蜂蜜
  • 3.加入过筛后的低筋面粉、泡打粉。
  • 4.加入融化的黄油搅匀,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟。
  • 5.冷藏后的面糊很黏稠,分次加牛奶调整面糊浓度。
  • 6.调制面糊表面光滑,滴落的痕迹很快会消失。
  • 7.加入几滴柠檬汁。
  • 8.将面糊慢慢滴落在预热好的平底锅里。大概8cm直径的圆饼。
  • 9.表面出现小气泡成蜂窝状。翻面。
  • 10.两片之间加入自己喜欢的馅料,我的是布朗果酱和白豆沙混合的馅。
