Steps to make 爆浆荔枝奶冻

  • 1.食材集合。
  • 2.荔枝去皮,去核的方法,可用挖核器轻轻往里钻几下,核小的话可以轻松去除。
  • 3.如果核比较大,用小聂子夹出,这样去核比较省事,开口处也比较好看。
  • 4.去皮去核的荔枝待用。
  • 5.芒果去皮切小块。
  • 6.放入搅拌机中,搅拌成芒果泥。
  • 7.放入两大匙酸奶搅拌均匀,喜欢甜的可加少许蜂蜜。
  • 8.装入表花袋中。
  • 9.分别挤入荔枝中。也可以用其它的水果,我做了几个火龙果的,然后放入冰箱中冷冻。
  • 10.冻好后就可以吃啦,冰冰凉,一口爆浆。
