Steps to make 韩式泡菜豆腐锅

  • 1.先准备材料,将五花肉切片,洋葱切丝,豆腐切片,蒜压成片,姜切片,葱斜刀切小段,粉丝泡好,泡菜如果是整棵的,也需要切一下;
  • 2.先倒入一点油, 烧热后下入蒜末、姜片、葱花炒香;
  • 3.放入五花肉直至煸炒出些油脂后;
  • 4. 然后下入洋葱丝,继续炒香;
  • 5. 加入泡菜, 继续翻炒, 让泡菜香味散发出来;
  • 6.加入土豆片,再下入泡好粉条,上面铺上豆腐;
  • 7.倒入适量清水(如有高汤的话最好了),盖上锅盖,烧开后转小火炖制10-15分钟;
  • 8.最后放些盐,香油,等调味料;
  • 9.煮好后关火, 将豆腐整理的码放一下;
  • 10.装饰下即可。
