    • 1.香椿芽准备好,豆腐1块准备好,六月鲜12克轻盐松茸酱油备用。
    • 2.香椿在吃得时候,为了健康我们要放到开水中汆烫一下。
    • 3.汆烫好的香椿放到清水中过凉。
    • 4.把汆烫好的香椿芽捏去水分,切成碎末。
    • 5.新鲜的豆腐切成小丁备用。
    • 6.把豆腐丁和香椿芽碎和小葱末一起放入盆中。
    • 7.倒入六月鲜12克轻盐松茸酱油提鲜提味,再加入适量的香油。
    • 8.用手端起盆,掂匀就可以装盘了。
    • 9.这样的小菜最适合春天,滋润就补钙,一定要试试。
