  • 低筋面粉350克
  • 糖粉150克
  • 黄油250克
  • 蔓越莓干100克
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 蔓越莓饼干

  • 1.将蔓越莓干倒入料理机打碎;
  • 2.取出蔓越莓碎,备用;
  • 3.室温软化黄油,并将其打发至颜色变浅;
  • 4.加入糖粉打至糖溶解;
  • 5.分两次加入鸡蛋液,用电动打蛋器搅拌均匀,注意一定要把鸡蛋搅拌均匀之后再加入剩余鸡蛋;
  • 6.低筋面粉过筛全部加入黄油里面,拌匀;
  • 7.加入蔓越莓碎,拌匀;
  • 8.将面团擀成圆柱形,包好保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷冻半个小时(感觉冷冻半小时拿出来直接可以切,不需要恢复室温,很方便);
  • 9.切成每块大约0.8cm大小,放入烤盘中,烤箱预热140度,烤20分钟,至表面微金黄色。
