    • 1.五花肉用生姜,葱,八角,料酒在清水里煮半小时捞出,配上京葱,红椒和绿椒
    • 2.老干妈酱
    • 3.将所有主辅料切片
    • 4.锅里放少许油
    • 5.将肉片放进锅里煎
    • 6.煎至二面微黄
    • 7.放入京葱片
    • 8.京葱片煸香之后,放入红绿椒翻炒,再加老干妈,糖少许,生抽适量
    • 9.炒匀装盘(简单的回锅肉完成了不需要放盐)
