说起欧洲美食,瑞典真的特别拿不出手,没有法国菜的精致,没有意大利菜的广为人知。如果说,一定问什么是瑞典的特色菜,那就是肉丸和这款肉桂卷了。10月4日,是瑞典人的吃肉桂卷的日子,在这里学习了两年,马上就要离开了,想特别做一次肉桂卷,送给马上要分别的朋友们。不过,因为这个肉桂卷其实也不复杂,所以再哪里都能买齐材料,尝到北欧的滋味。

  • 牛奶90g
  • 玛德琳(或黄油)150g
  • 白砂糖90g
  • 活性酵母50g
  • 豆蔻粉5g
  • 2g
  • 玛德琳(黄油)100g
  • 白砂糖90g
  • 肉桂粉5g
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 瑞典肉桂卷

  • 1.准备好所有主料
  • 2.将面粉,豆蔻粉,糖,以及盐混合好
  • 3.将黄油在微波炉中融化,并稍微加热牛奶。将黄油和牛奶混合好,用手指试试温度,当觉得混合物的温度是手指温度的时候,将活性酵母加入,并溶解
  • 4.混合步骤2和步骤3中的材料
  • 5.揉成一个光滑的面团,盖一个干净的布,可以开始发酵了:)
  • 6.在发酵的时候,我们可以准备馅料(即配料中的材料)
  • 7.将所有馅料混合,玛德琳如果比较硬,没有在室温下软化,可以用手揉,这样手的问题可以软化玛德琳
  • 8.等面团发酵2倍大的时候,就可以了
  • 9.取6分之一的面团,擀成面皮,不用太薄,同时刷上1分之一的馅料。
  • 10.卷起面皮,切20cm左右的卷,放入底座中
  • 11.将卷卷们放在烤盘上,静静等着它们第二次发酵。
  • 12.表面刷上蛋液,烤箱预热225度,烤8-10分钟就好了。。
  • 13.可以开吃了,肉桂卷哦~可以配一杯咖啡哦
