  • 柠檬汁少许

  • 1.食材图
  • 2.玉米油,牛奶,白糖搅匀
  • 3.筛入低粉和黑芝麻粉花Z字形搅拌好
  • 4.加入蛋黄2个搅拌均匀
  • 5.蛋清里挤入一些柠檬汁
  • 6.先高速打出粗泡
  • 7.加入细白砂糖中速打发成干性蛋白霜
  • 8.打发好的蛋白放入蛋黄糊里翻拌均匀
  • 9.翻拌均匀就是黑芝麻蛋糕糊
  • 10.用牙签插入底部划出里面的气泡
  • 11.烤箱15度预热,放入烤45分钟
  • 12.取出倒扣晾凉脱模
  • 13.成品切开很松软啦
