中秋快到了,最近先练练手,一直想尝试做广式月饼,但是看到需要用枧水(弱弱的说一句,一直不知道枧水是什么),还要月饼回油,觉得好麻烦,直到在网上找了君之的这款月饼配方,既不需要枧水,也不需要月饼回油,而且做起来很简单,就尝试的一下,第一次做,火候没掌握太好,但是味道很好哟...

  • 糖粉40克
  • 黄油4克
  • 全蛋液20克
  • 奶粉10克
  • 小苏打1/8小勺
  • 红豆沙馅200克

Steps to make 奶油皮月饼

  • 1.黄油45克软化,加入全蛋液20克,糖粉40克.
  • 2.电动打蛋器打至顺滑.
  • 3.加入奶粉10克,继续搅打均匀.再将底筋面粉100克和小苏打混合筛入黄油混合物里.
  • 4.用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀,然后揉成团.
  • 5.将面团分为10等份,200克红豆沙馅分10等份.
  • 6.拿一份面团按扁,包上红豆沙馅.揉圆.
  • 7.放入模具,压出形状.
  • 8.刷上一层蛋液.此时可以预热烤箱:180度.
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱,上下火180度,15分钟左右.烤至表面金黄即可出炉.
