巧克力可可蛋糕
加了巧克力的这款蛋糕,真的比只加可可粉好吃多了。

  • 大鸡蛋4个
  • 玉米油40克
  • 白糖70克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 新鲜柠檬汁几滴
  • 德芙巧克力一块

Steps to make 巧克力可可蛋糕

  • 1.14克巧克力放入牛奶中,隔水融化。
  • 2.鸡蛋中10克糖40克玉米油搅拌均匀。
  • 3.倒入巧克力牛奶拌匀。
  • 4.加入过筛2遍的低粉和可可粉。
  • 5.用刮刀拌均匀就是巧克力蛋黄糊了,将拌好的蛋黄面糊放在一旁静置备用。
  • 6.蛋白中挤几滴新鲜的柠檬汁。分3次加入60克白糖,把蛋白打成干性发泡。
  • 7.盛1/3蛋白到巧克力蛋黄糊中,用橡皮刮刀轻轻翻拌均匀(从底部往上翻拌,不要划圈搅拌,以免蛋白消泡)
  • 8.把拌好的巧克力蛋黄糊,倒回剩余的2/3的蛋白中。
  • 9.用同样的手法上下轻轻翻拌均匀,直到蛋白和蛋黄糊充分混合。
  • 10.拌好的蛋糕糊倒入8寸模具中。在桌上用力震两下,把内部的大气泡震出来。
  • 11.上下火150度,下层60分钟。
  • 12.烤好拿出立即倒扣在网架上冷却。
