芝士戚风蛋糕
好久好久好久……没有发自己的美食了!!前段时间很忙,因此基本没有开火,所以都一直没有来美天看看,不知道大家还好不好?是不是已经忘记我了~*
好不容易闲下来,今天做了一款芝士戚风尝尝!

Details of ingredients

  • 奶油奶酪125克
  • 面粉30克
  • 玉米淀粉10克
  • 牛奶25ml
  • 黄油1勺
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 砂糖30克
  • 塔塔粉1克

  • 时间一小时

Steps to make 芝士戚风蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.奶油奶酪加黄油,牛奶,隔水融化。
  • 3.晾晾后加入3个蛋黄。
  • 4.加入过筛2遍的面粉和玉米淀粉。
  • 5.搅拌均匀。
  • 6.蛋白加入适量塔塔粉打大泡,加入1/3砂糖。
  • 7.分3次加入剩下砂糖,打至硬发泡。
  • 8.分3次讲蛋白搅拌至蛋黄酱中。
  • 9.完全混合两者,倒入6寸模子中,145度45-55分钟。
  • 10.拿出后震出湿气,倒扣至晾晾。
  • 11.可以开吃了!
