南瓜豆浆布丁
豆浆,是咱日常的健康饮品,尤其在这寒冬腊月,一日三餐喝上一杯热乎乎的豆浆,无欲无求。

然而,吃饱喝足,就想鼓捣点儿好玩的来。就如今天这“变身的豆浆”,迫不及待地要迎接虎年的到来。

黄豆中放了南瓜,金灿灿的,看着真敞亮。南瓜很香糯微甜,还增加了稠度,做成布丁超级滑爽。这黄色跟老虎皮毛的颜色很接近,所以我把它们捯饬成卡通小老虎。

家里有小朋友可以一起做,是个不错的亲子活动。没有小朋友,那咱就自娱自乐,权当自己还是孩子吧!对了,春节走亲访友少不了,做几杯,招待客人也不错。

  • 清水300毫升
  • 吉利丁片8克
  • 细砂糖10克
  • 黑巧克力少许
  • 原味芝士片1片
  • 番茄沙司少许

Steps to make 南瓜豆浆布丁

  • 1.材料准备好:干、湿黄豆均可,南瓜去皮去籽切丁;
  • 2.黄豆和南瓜丁倒入破壁豆浆机中,用“豆浆”程序;
  • 3.吉利丁片剪小块,用凉水浸泡;
  • 4.打好的南瓜豆浆细腻又美丽,可直接饮用,咱忍一忍,先把布丁完成,一会儿再打一壶单独喝;将泡软的吉利丁和细砂糖放入豆浆,选用“果蔬”程序混合均匀;
  • 5.虽然是干黄豆直接搅拌,但是非常细腻,将豆浆过滤掉泡沫倒入布丁杯里,稍晾晾,盖上盖子,冰箱冷藏半小时以上;
  • 6.黑巧克力装入裱花袋,掰小块,隔热水融化;
  • 7.在烘焙纸上画出老虎的眼睛、鼻头、胡须、花纹,凉后即凝固,用小镊子夹取又卫生又能使形状保持完整;
  • 8.组装:用裱花嘴或者吸管在芝士片上刻出老虎耳朵和鼻翼,分别在布丁上摆放虎纹和五官、胡须,嘴巴用筷子蘸番茄沙司点缀。
  • 9.南瓜豆浆布丁,香糯微甜,细滑爽口!
