    Steps to make 白菜炖肉丸

    • 1.夹心肉剁细。
    • 2.葱段、姜丝加热水浸泡10分钟。
    • 3.肉馅加盐、料酒、生抽、蚝油、葱姜水往同一个方向搅拌上劲。
    • 4.荸荠、胡萝卜、香菇切细丁。
    • 5.蔬菜丁放到肉馅中,打入一个鸡蛋,加两勺淀粉拌匀。
    • 6.白菜清洗改刀。
    • 7.锅中放油烧热,肉馅做成小肉丸放入锅中煎制。
    • 8.两面煎制金黄,加水烧煮。
    • 9.放入白菜同煮。
    • 10.放入蒜苗,加盐调味。
    • 11.成品。
