猕猴桃饼干

Steps to make 猕猴桃饼干

  • 1.黄油,糖,适量水,蛋液,面粉活成面团醒半小时!
  • 2.准备好绿色的面团和黑色的面团(其实用可可粉面团最好,我没有可可粉了,只好用黑面团)
  • 3.先把黄色面团揉成大约两厘米直径的长条,然后放入冷冻层冷冻十分钟!
  • 4.把抹茶面团擀成厚厚的长方形面片!
  • 5.取出黄色面柱之后包裹上抹茶面片,如图!之后放入冷冻层冻十分钟!
  • 6.把黑色的面团擀成片状,不要太薄,如图!
  • 7.然后拿出面柱之后再包裹好最外面的一层,之后放入冷冻至四十分钟!
  • 8.从冰箱拿出来之后切成片,摆到铺好油纸的烤盘上!
  • 9.摆上芝麻,烤箱预热180°中层二十分钟就可以了!
