青椒猪肉馅饼

Steps to make 青椒猪肉馅饼

  • 1.猪肉清洗干净,胡萝卜去皮备用。
  • 2.面粉倒入和面桶里,加入一小勺盐(分量外)倒入300克的温水。
  • 3.开启和面功能,和成面团。
  • 4.把面团平均分成50克一个的小剂子揉圆,表面刷上一次食用油,盖上保鲜膜放一旁静置醒面。
  • 5.胡萝卜和青椒切成块放入搅拌桶里。
  • 6.开启绞菜功能,绞成碎粒盛出。
  • 7.肉切块放入搅拌桶里,放入葱段和姜,开启绞肉功能一起绞好。
  • 8.把绞好的青椒胡萝卜放入桶里,加入酱油、生抽、蚝油、胡椒粉、芝麻油、盐。
  • 9.搅拌均匀腌制20分钟,馅料就做好了。
  • 10.醒好的面团在掌心中按扁放入馅料包好,收口向下放。
  • 11.煎锅里倒入适量的食用油,把饼胚稍微压扁放入煎锅里。
  • 12.小火慢煎,煎至两面金黄即可出锅。
