酸菜猪肉煎饺
虽然我家是地地道道的南方人,可是特别喜欢吃面食,包子、馒头、煎饼、饺子、馄饨。。。今天就用家乐猪骨味的浓汤宝调了馅,做了煎饺!

  • 中筋面粉200克
  • 猪肉馅200克
  • 酸菜100克
  • 家乐猪骨浓汤宝1小盒
  • 姜汁1.5勺
  • 料酒1.5勺
  • 生抽1.5勺
  • 葱花少许
  • 少许
  • 砂糖少许
  • 香油1.5勺
  • 色拉油2勺

Steps to make 酸菜猪肉煎饺

  • 1.准备的主要材料
  • 2.酸菜用清水清洗一下,挤干水分切成碎末
  • 3.把猪肉糜和酸菜末混合,加入料酒、姜汁、盐、砂糖、生抽、香油搅拌均匀
  • 4.再把化开的家乐猪骨浓汤宝,分次加入,每加一次搅至完全吸收再加下一次
  • 5.这是调好的酸菜猪肉馅
  • 6.中粉放入大盆里
  • 7.加入清水110克用筷子搅成棉絮装状
  • 8.再用手和成光滑面团,松弛15分钟
  • 9.搓成长条
  • 10.切成小剂子,撒点干粉防粘连
  • 11.取一个小剂子压扁,用擀面杖擀大
  • 12.中间放上适量的馅料
  • 13.中间放上适量的馅料
  • 14.平底锅里加少许色拉油加热
  • 15.放入包好的饺子,稍微煎一会,然后加适量冷水,加盖子大火煮开转小火
  • 16.等汁水收干后,撒葱花即可
