腊八粥(咸味)
明儿就是腊八了,这二天滴早上就是为了明天滴腊八节所准备。

有时候总在想,做美食真好,总会比别人早一点享受到这份节日所带来滴喜悦

我跟我仔仔二个人相反

仔仔欢甜款腊八粥

而我却喜欢这款咸味腊八粥

呵呵传统滴腊八粥是甜滴

不过为了让怕糖避糖之人也享受到这节日美食这是牛妈自己想滴

希望喜咸怕甜滴亲们也尝尝呵呵呵

呵呵腊八节的古来今往我也不一一码了

    Steps to make 腊八粥(咸味)

    • 1.备好所用材料。
    • 2.香菇,花生米,干贝用温水泡好发好备用。
    • 3.珍珠米提早用温水泡好。
    • 4.切碎洗净好咸肉,香菇,拍好老姜备用。
    • 5.高压锅内加入适量水,加入泡好的珍珠米。
    • 6.除芥蓝及鱿鱼除外,将其它配料一统加到高压锅内同煮。
    • 7.高压锅上盖大火煮开,转小火煮至半小时,关火减压开盖后,加入芥蓝丁及鱿鱼丁,再次将粥煮开。
    • 8.按个人口咸加入适量细盐既可(咸肉带咸味,注意盐的用量)。
    • 9.开动了。
