Steps to make 茄汁红酒虾

  • 1.将新鲜大虾头部尖刺和须,尾部尖刺剪掉,开背取出虾线,加盐、料酒和淀粉腌制10分钟。
  • 2.取锅加油烧热,开小火,放入适量蒜蓉爆香。
  • 3.蒜蓉煎至金黄色后倒入葡萄酒和切丁番茄,并加入适量盐和糖,小火不停搅拌。
  • 4.当锅内材料搅拌至浓稠状态时,倒入大虾,翻炒令酱汁均匀包裹大虾。
  • 5.翻炒3分钟后盖上锅盖再焖2分钟后即可摆盘出锅。
