    • 1.龙骨洗一下放开水锅中焯水
    • 2.焯好捞出再用清水洗一遍
    • 3.白萝卜去皮洗净切滚刀块,姜切片,准备好冲洗过的虫草花和枸杞
    • 4.把龙骨放入电压力锅
    • 5.加入步骤3中的食材,加少许醋
    • 6.加适量料酒
    • 7.加入足量的热水
    • 8.接通电源盖上盖按自选保压时间15分钟
    • 9.时间到等电压力锅自动卸阀后打开盖子放入盐调味即可
