  • 4.起锅烧油,油热冒烟,倒入花椒与红椒段炒香。
  • 5.倒入焯水后的羊寸排,翻炒均匀。
  • 6.倒入酱油,持续翻炒。
  • 7.加入清水,没过羊排,加入山楂,大火焖煮。
  • 8.盖上锅盖,持续炖煮,直到水干。
  • 9.水即将干的时候,撒入蒜苔。
  • 10.装盘。
