海鲜酱五彩水果炸酱面

时光如梭,转眼我们也到了做父母的年纪,传统的炸酱面已经成为记忆中的美好,新千年的我们能不能给自己的父母一点意外的惊喜,能不能让我们的孩子多一点童年关于炸酱面的美好记忆呢?

于是……盛夏之时,炎炎烈日,解暑的香甜水果,充满沙滩气息的各类海鲜,无疑都是这个季节我们最喜欢的味道,恰似一阵微风,一阵细雨,无声的滋润着我们被霸道的高温天气侵袭了一周的身心。在这个夏季我们不但可以记住酷热,也许还可以记住我家的炸酱面,我家的新味道……

  • 高筋面粉500克
  • 海虾3个
  • 鱿鱼1个
  • 海参干2两
  • 鲍鱼片1两
  • 干贝丁8粒
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 黄瓜1条
  • 欣和葱伴侣大酱1包
  • 甜面酱半包

Steps to make 海鲜酱五彩水果炸酱面

  • 1.海鲜酱做法:海虾、鱿鱼、五花肉切粒,海参、鲍鱼片、干贝丁提前泡发好切成碎丁,大酱、甜面酱、鸡蛋备好。
  • 2.热锅下油,先放入五花肉炒至出油。
  • 3.把海虾、鱿鱼、海参、鲍鱼、干贝放入继续翻炒。
  • 4.放入1包欣和葱伴侣大酱、半包甜面酱,小火慢慢翻炒,待把五花肉炒出的油全部炒到酱中去,加上适量的水继续小火翻炒。
  • 5.把水炒至与酱完全融合,酱中又往外出油的时候打入鸡蛋液,炒匀即可。
  • 6.把海鲜酱装入碗内。
  • 7.将黄瓜切丝待用。
  • 8.西瓜、火龙果、葡萄、奇异果、蜜瓜。
  • 9.五彩水果手擀面的做法:1、将西瓜、火龙果、葡萄、奇异果、蜜瓜打成汁。
  • 10.用果汁分别和成五块面,和面时加入少量的盐这样做出的面条才有嚼头。
  • 11.和好后盖上保鲜膜饧上30分钟,再揉一遍。
  • 12.然后折叠起来切成均匀的宽面条。
  • 13.再把面条散开。
  • 14.锅中下水烧开后下面煮熟(过程加入两次凉水),放入事先准备好的凉冰中过水。
  • 15.盛入碗中即可。
