【法式巧克力饼干】

  • 牛奶10G
  • 黄油50G
  • 白巧克力80G

Steps to make 【法式巧克力饼干】

  • 1.将黄油软化,加入细砂糖和盐一起将黄油打发
  • 2.倒入常温下的牛奶轻轻打发
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉,用橡皮刮刀轻轻翻拌至面粉与黄油完全吸收,混合均匀成面团
  • 4.把拌好的面团用保鲜膜包好,冷藏30分钟至凝固变硬
  • 5.将用于装饰的坚果掰小先用烤箱烘烤一小会,使坚果增加香味,注意不要烤糊
  • 6.把冷藏后的面团擀成0.3-0.4CM左右的厚度,再用心型饼干模具压出形状
  • 7.把压好的面团摆列入烤盘上,入预热好的烤箱150度10分钟左右,放凉
  • 8.白巧克力加热不断搅拌至溶化,装入裱花袋内
  • 9.在放凉后的饼干上挤适量白巧克力
  • 10.在巧克力凝固之前用各种坚果点缀装饰即可
