糖醋鲈鱼
都说无肉不欢,没有鱼,我真的不知道吃什么了,一星期有两三天都要吃鱼,因为是早上吃所以基本都是清蒸的, 今天休息,早上快9点才起床,睡到自然醒的感觉真是不错。
最近几天都下班到家都没有上网,眼睛不太好,到家也就看看电视,9点半就睡觉了,希望下星期去复诊的时候,医生会跟我说,没事了。。。

  • 蒸鱼豉油1汤匙
  • 郫县豆瓣酱少量
  • 少许

Steps to make 糖醋鲈鱼

  • 1.鱼洗净(买的时处鱼让卖家处理好了)两面各划3刀,蒜拍扁、姜切片、葱切段备用
  • 2.锅烧热中加入适量的油,放入蒜、姜、葱和郫县豆瓣酱少量翻炒
  • 3.炒出红油后放入鱼两面的表面煎至微熟
  • 4.加入适量清水, 醋2汤匙,糖2汤匙多点,蒸鱼豉油1汤匙,大火烧至收汁加入少许盐提味,出锅即可(加完调料才想起忘记拍照了)
  • 5.就好这口糖醋菜
