  • 红辣椒3个
  • 干辣椒5个
  • 植物油10g
  • 生抽1勺
  • 老抽少许
  • 少许

  • 1.巴沙鱼放盐、淀粉、胡椒粉腌渍十分钟。
  • 2.水开放盐、植物油加入生菜绰水。
  • 3.捞出来放碗底。
  • 4.植物油放蒜片、红辣椒炒香。
  • 5.加入酸菜炒干水分炒香。
  • 6.加入清水大火煮滚五分钟,放入盐、生抽、老抽调味。
  • 7.放入鱼片,大火煮至变色即可。
  • 8.装盘放入香葱、干辣椒段。
  • 9.浇上滚花椒油。
  • 10.香喷喷的看的见哦!
  • 11.放上生菜芯点缀。
  • 12.巴沙鱼超嫩。
