凉拌腰果菠菜
菠菜中含有大量的植物纤维,具有促进肠道蠕动的作用;菠菜还含有丰富的胡萝卜素,在人体内转变成维生素A,有促进生长发育、增强抗病能力的功效;此外,菠菜中还含有大量的微量元素和矿物质。菠菜吃法很多,可以炒、拌、煮等。今天这道拌菠菜其实很简单,焯水后再过凉,放上简单的调料,拍点蒜,一拌,真香!如果想要营养更丰富些,可以加入些许坚果碎。我今天随手取材,用的腰果,用刀面压碎即可,吃之前撒在菠菜上,这样就不会因为吸入太多的调料汁而变得软塌塌的了。其实放点炸花生米也是不错的搭配。一脆一软的搭配,口感上也丰富了。

Steps to make 凉拌腰果菠菜

  • 1.菠菜洗净,甩去叶间多余的水分
  • 2. 做一锅水,待水开后,放少许盐和植物油在锅中,这样菠菜焯水后能保持翠绿;先将菠菜杆入水中煮15秒左右
  • 3. 再将菠菜叶入水中,焯10秒左右
  • 4.将菠菜捞出入盆中,立即用凉水冲凉
  • 5. 菠菜捞出,攥干水,切成寸段
  • 6.将大蒜拍扁剁碎,腰果用刀面压成大大小小的碎粒
  • 7.菠菜段入盆中,根据口味倒入生抽
  • 8.再倒入香醋,陈醋或者米醋也可以,根据自己的爱好来选择吧
  • 9.再根据口味撒点儿盐
  • 10.白糖来一小勺,中和一下酸味
  • 11.再来几滴美极鲜味汁,香油可以根据个人喜好加或者不加
  • 12.最后将蒜末倒入,翻拌均匀
  • 13.吃之前在菠菜表面撒上腰果碎。如果喜欢,也可以将菠菜入小碗中,按紧,然后倒扣,做个小造型。嫌麻烦就直接拌好开吃吧!
