Steps to make Chopped Pepper Fish Head
- 1. Change the fish head to a knife, wash it clean, and remove the black film and internal organs.
- 2. Prepare chopped scallions, crushed ginger, and cooking wine. Grab them together to make scallions, ginger, and cooking wine.
- 3. Pour the onion and ginger sauce into the fish, sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt, drizzle in a suitable amount of light soy sauce, mix well by hand and set aside.
- 4. Prepare minced garlic and chopped black beans.
- 5. Prepare sour chili peppers.
- 6. Heat the oil in a hot pot, then add garlic and fry until fragrant.
- 7. Stir fry sour chili peppers with medium and small torches to dry.
- 8. Add fermented black beans.
