Steps to make 葱油竹蛏

  • 1.竹蛏去掉黑膜和脏东西,清洗干净。
  • 2.三个就巴掌大了,这颜色真好看。
  • 3.锅里烧点水,倒1勺料酒,放几片生姜。
  • 4.水开后倒入竹蛏,煮1分钟左右,稍微开口,不要煮太久,煮就竹蛏变老,口感不好。
  • 5.捞出,剥壳,去掉内脏和脏东西,用凉白开清洗干净,摆盘。
  • 6.锅里倒适量花生油,放入葱段。
  • 7.葱段变色后捞出,把油烧至冒烟。
  • 8.在竹蛏上淋一勺蒸鱼豉油,铺上葱丝和红椒丝,淋上热油。
  • 9.成品。色彩丰富,营养又美味。
